Caroline Westwood is the National Sales Manager for Humeca Inc., a leading manufacturer of skin-grafting devices focused on advancing the quality of treatment in burn surgery. Prior to joining Humeca, Caroline was the Regional Burn Care Manager at AlloSource, and spent eight years in the non-profit Organ and Tissue banking field. 

Brent Hancock

National Business Specialist for Burn, Integra Life Sciences

Brent Hancock is a results-oriented medical sales professional with over a decade of experience in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. Currently serving as National Business Specialist for Burn at Integra Life Sciences, he leads cross-functional teams and develops strategic initiatives to expand the company’s portfolio. Brent’s expertise includes sales leadership, account planning, and talent development, and fostering long-term customer retention.

Sigrid Blome-Eberwein

Associate Director, Regional Burn Center, Allentown, PA

Sigrid Blome-Eberwein, M.D., FABA., ASLMS, is the associate director at the Regional Burn Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania since 2002. She is a member of the VDPRAEC, an associate member of the ASPS, associate professor of surgery at the University of South Florida and a Burn/Plastic Surgeon at Lehigh Valley Hospital Network.  In addition, Dr. Blome-Eberwein performs reconstructive procedures, including minimally invasive and LASER procedures on both, pediatric and adult patients on an ongoing basis.

Angela Price

Head of US Commercial Operations, Polymedics Innovations

Angie began her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Echocardiography Technician. In 2000, she was recruited into the medical device arena, serving in various roles including clinical research, clinical specialist, and surgical sales. She attended her first NABS meeting in 2006 and was drawn to the unique environment that allows people from across the entire burn care community to learn and grow from scientific presentations, open discussions, and social

interactions.

Dr. Tracee Short

Burn Surgeon and Founder of WIB (Moderator)

Dr. Tracee Short—also known as America’s Burn Surgeon™ —is a dedicated leader, innovator, and advocate for both burn survivors and women in medicine. With years of experience as a burn surgeon and medical director, Dr. Short has served the community with life-saving care, guiding patients and families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Her impact extends beyond the operating room as the founder of Women in Burn / Women in Business, a platform empowering women surgeons and industry business women with leadership and business skills to thrive beyond their clinical roles.
